To ensure we can maintain a reliable supply network, Trade Partners should meet the following requirements:
- Operate a registered or actively trading business.
- Intend to purchase Opulent Craft Clay on a regular basis for resale or distribution.
- Maintain a minimum opening order of 300 packs.
- Agree to comply with Opulent’s pricing and brand guidelines.
Applications are reviewed individually, and meeting these requirements does not automatically guarantee approval.

SUPPLY & PAYMENT POLICY
To maintain a reliable and sustainable supply partnership:
- New Trade Partners are required to make 100% payment before dispatch of their initial order(s).
- After establishing a successful purchasing history, eligible Trade Partners may apply for flexible payment terms.
- Approved partners on flexible payment terms are required to pay a 40% down payment before dispatch, with the remaining 60% payable according to the agreed trade payment schedule.
- Flexible payment terms are offered solely at Opulent’s discretion and are subject to periodic review.
Trade Partners receive priority access to inventory and dedicated account support. To ensure fair allocation of stock, all trade orders are processed according to agreed payment terms and scheduled delivery timelines.
