All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Nigeria through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are:

Returns & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of every pack of Opulent Craft Clay. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, quality assurance, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Orders where the customer simply changes their mind after opening the product
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Bulk Orders & Approved Reseller Orders
